Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at https://juvoia.com, or by engaging with our services (including Technical Audits, Web Development, and Automation implementation), you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Description of Services

Juvoia provides digital infrastructure consulting, including but not limited to:

• AI & Automation: Implementation of n8n workflows, AI agents, and CRM integrations.
• Web Development: Creation of high-performance websites, landing pages, and web applications.
• Audits: Technical analysis of website performance, security, and conversion metrics.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all fees, the Client shall own the final deliverables (source code, compiled assets, and configurations) created specifically for them.

However, Juvoia retains ownership of its pre-existing background technology, frameworks, libraries, and reusable automation components ("Juvoia Tools") used to create the deliverables. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use these Tools as part of the final product.

4. Payment Terms

For custom engagements, payment terms will be specified in the individual Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). Unless otherwise noted, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for overdue accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Juvoia or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Juvoia's website or services.

We do not guarantee that our AI automation solutions will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Client acknowledges that AI outputs require human oversight.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico City, Mexico, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
